Who We Are

Primary and Secondary Hyperhidrosis is considered a disorder of the Autonomic Nervous System. Some of the most successful treatments for hyperhidrosis employ neurotoxins such as BOTOX, Dysport, etc., and we choose to use a Neurologist with extensive knowledge of the nervous system, to safely administer our treatments. In fact, a recent newsletter from the International Hyperhidrosis Society, Australia's Medicare will now cover treatment of axillary hyperhidrosis with BOTOX, but only if administered by a Neurologist or a Dermatologist. We can only hope that our own country's healthcare system will follow suit, but currently there are only a handful of insurance carriers who will cover the cost.

Marshall Allyn White, MD is a Board Certified Neurologist who is recognized by his peers as an innovator in his field. He is also recognized as a regional expert in Neurological Pain Management, and he has gained wide experience administering BOTOX not only for aesthetics, but also for a wide variety of medical conditions, beyond those traditionally treated by dermatologists or plastic surgeons.  He has over 20  years of private practice experience treating some of the most difficult medical conditions.

In recent years, with the demand for the treatment of hyperhidrosis increasing, Dr. White has noted the need for a clinic specifically dedicated to diagnose, treat, and manage this disorder.  At Don't Sweat It! we employ state of the art treatments/techniques such as miraDry and BOTOX treatments, as well as treatment of causes of secondary hyperhidrosis, such as anxiety, stress, underlying disease processes, etc.  Dr. White has an extra year of training in psychiatry and is equipped to handle all aspects of these disorders.
